Low cost Homebuyers Survey Report on a 1960s Derby detached house

This low cost RICS Homebuyers Survey Report revealed a numebr of expensive problems that enabled the purchaser to save money on the purchase price of this Derby property. An uneven flat roof and poor drainage arrangements was causing it to hold water. Damaged roof tiles were a problem as they had an unusual profile and obtaining replacements would be difficult. A warm air system alarmed our surveyors due to potential asbestos issues and. Leaking balcony surfaces were decaying the supporting decks. There were collapsed retaining walls and poor channel arrangements in drain chambers.
